MKR Precision Turning Locknut ― Axial Locking



This series of locknut’s flank surface is produced by grinding, which can increase accuracy by more than 15%!

This series is specially designed to generate powerful braking capacity due to deformation of the locknut itself, which makes the male and female threads contact tightly together.

 

  • Locked without lock washer and keyway.

  • Easy assembly and disassembly

  • Can be re-used if handled correctly.


‧The maximum runout between locating face and thread is 0.005 mm
‧Material：JIS SCM440/DIN42CrMo4/AISI 4140
‧Hardness — HRC 28-32
‧Precision — ISO 4H
