MKW Precision Turning Locknut ― Axial Locking

The series of locknut’s flank surface is produced by grinding.

Specially designed to generate powerful braking capacity due to deformation of the locknut itself, which makes the male and female threads contact tightly together.

 

  • No thrust washer or keyway needed.

  • Easy to assemble and disassemble.

  • Can be re-used if handled properly.

  • The connecting face and thread area are all produced by high precision grinding process.



‧Material：JIS SCM440/DIN42CrMo4/AISI 4140
‧Hardness：HRC 28-32
‧Precision：ISO 4H
‧The maximum runout between locating face and thread is 0.005 mm
