HKF - Best Flank Angle Locking Series

Outperform 30° Flank Locking Nuts

Thanks to NIKKI's design patent, the difference between the locking torque and the surface pressure of the Best Flank Angle Locking Series locknuts stays within 10%. This series effectively prevents the systems from overheating, loosening, and making noises. The locking stability enables customers to achieve higher product performance.

 

  • No thrust washer or keyway needed

  • Easy to assemble and disassemble

  • Reusable if handled properly

  • The contact surface and thread area are all produced by a high-precision grinding process.

  • Material: JIS SCM440 / DIN42CrMo4

  • Hardness: HRC 28-32

  • Precision: ISO 4H

  • Maximum axial run-out: 0.002 mm
